  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UTC+8) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take 2–5 business days due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Destinations


We currently ship to worldwide (excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses).

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping


  • Standard Shipping: $10 (orders under $49.99)
  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders $49.99 and above (worldwide)
  • Express Shipping: $20(faster delivery, optional at checkout)

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

4. Estimated Delivery Time


  • USA/Canada: 7–15 business days (Standard); 3–7 business days (Express)
  • Europe/UK: 10–20 business days (Standard); 5–10 business days (Express)
  • Australia/New Zealand: 12–25 business days (Standard)
  • Other countries: 15–30 business days

5. International Shipping & Customs Duties


  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • We will not mark orders as “gift” or lower the invoice value to avoid customs fees, as this violates international trade regulations.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
